Assistant Professor Hirosho Seki gave an invited lecture at the 1st Mathematical Pharmacology Symposium held at the Omura Memorial Hall on Kitasato University Shirokane Campus from 2025/7/4 (Fri) to 5 (Sat).
The title of the presentation is “Generation of virtual patient attribute data with desired properties” (Seki Hirosho, Miyano Saki, Tsuji Yasuhiro, Hosono Hiroyuki). This presentation was a joint study with Professor Tsuji Yasuhiro and his group from the Faculty of Pharmacy, and
focused on the latent space of a generative model that learns patient data and synthesizes virtual patient data, and introduced a method for sampling a desired patient group from the latent space without relearning the model.
