An open campus was held on 2022/8/5 (Fri) and 6 (Sat) at the Funabashi Campus.

Two mini-lectures in the Department of Applied Information Engineering were held at the open campus. First, Professor Katori gave a lecture on learning in the Department of Applied Information Engineering, student life, etc. under the title “Information Engineering My Neighbor.” Second, Assistant Professor Seki gave a lecture on an overview of AI and black box problems where AI thought circuits are difficult to interpret, titled “Machines that learn by themselves -AI thought circuits-”. Since it is an open campus at the Funabashi campus, there was also cooperation from many students in the Department of Applied Information Engineering, and many high school students were able to see the booth set up in Building 14, and they were eagerly watching, listening, and experiencing the exhibits and explanations.
