Assistant Professor Hirosho Seki gave an invited lecture at the 2nd Frontier Symposium on Data Science and Biomedical Science Research held at the University of Tokyo Medical School Tetsumon Memorial Auditorium from 2026/3/16 (Mon) to 3/17 (Tue).
The title of the lecture is “Acquisition and Utilization of Patient Expression Using Latent Space.” This lecture is part of joint research with the Clinical Pharmacokinetics Laboratory of Professor Tsuji Yasuhiro and his colleagues from the Faculty of Pharmacy
, and they presented results of obtaining characteristic expressions representing patient properties through self-supervised learning or unsupervised learning of patient data, and research results that synthesized patient groups with desired properties from latent space by focusing on acquired patient expressions.2nd Frontier Symposium on Data Science and Biomedical Research
